  Terra Mar Condos at South Padre is a four-plex that is a short leisurely walk (less than a block) to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico on semi-tropical South Padre Island Texas. This complex is the perfect family destination for your next beach vacation and is priced with the family in mind. Our spacious 1100 sq. ft. units accommodate six people, and they offer a great place to unwind after a day in the sun and surf. 

    South Padre Island bay and deep sea fishing is nationally renowned, and, if golf is your game, a Trent Jones course is across the bridge to the mainland at Laguna Vista. The island has been ranked #6 nationally for wind surfing and kite boarding. The clean waters of SPI are the clearest in Texas.

    If you have never visited South Padre Island Texas, a unique, laid-back experience awaits you. Valley International Airport at Harlingen offers the easiest entry into the Rio Grande Valley and shuttle service to and from the island is available for a reasonable fee.
